Physicians Dedicated to the Treatment of Addictive Disorders

Addiction Treatment Services  

Our physicians are dedicated to providing addiction treatment consistent with current “best practices” as promulgated by the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT) and other organizations.  Our treatment protocols are based on sound scientific evidence.  Addiction treatment services provided by our doctors include:
  • Detoxification from opioids (narcotics) such as  heroin, OxyContin ®, Percocet ®,  Lortab ®, Ultram ®,  or Darvocet ®. 
  • Detoxification from alcohol or sedatives for patients who do not require inpatient care.
  • Medication- assisted treatment for opiate addiction using buprenorphine (Suboxone ®)
  • Medication-assisted treatment for alcoholism (e.g. naltrexone, acamprosate).
  • Treatment of co-occurring psychiatric conditions such as anxiety, depression,  attention, or bipolar disorders.
  • Pain management for patients who have a history of addiction and require closer monitoring.
  • Group counseling
  • Individual counseling

 

New patients are usually be seen with 48 hours of first telephone contact. Often, we can accommodate same day "detox" appointments .
