Larry Pettis, M.D.
Larry Pettis, MD completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of California Davis. He completed residency training in Family Medicine at St. Joseph's Hospital in Yonkers, NY where he served as Chief Resident. After completing residency, he was awarded a Medicine Fellowship at Montefiore Hospital in New York City.
Larry Pettis, MD is a member of the American Society of Addiction Medicine. He has served as a supervising physician at the Brooklyn Addiction Treatment Research and Treatment Corporation. Also, Dr. Pettis has served as Medical Director for a number of New Jersey correctional facilities, providing both primary care and addiction medicine consultations. He is currently Medical Director for the City of Trenton. Dr. Pettis works closely with the Professional Assistance Program of New Jersey in monitoring recovering healthcare professionals.
Dr. Pettis is married, has three sons and one daught
er. Dr. Pettis is very involved in coaching youth football and basketball programs.
